We design & construct luxury pool and outdoor living projects for both residential and commercial markets. Our base level pools start in the mid 70’s, and pool/spa combos in the mid 100’s. We specialize in one of a kind luxury pool environments and commercial builds. We are also not your typical volume driven builder by any means. For us, it’s all about designing works of personal art, then constructing them perfectly so they are enjoyed for years to come.

Conceptual Designs start with a site visit. This allows the designer to assess and process the pallet with which he will work and define the product criteria. Luxury Pool & Spa? Outdoor Living Area? Outdoor Kitchens? We want to understand your vision, the needs of your family, your style, and your inspirations, along with how the space will be used. Once we learn this we can estimate our drawing time.
We charge a minimal fee for our designs based on drawing time, and will credit that amount back to you with a new build. We can provide you with detailed two dimensional drawings, 3D Renderings, and even full HD Presentation Videos. We also design the hydraulics systems, and both high and low voltage electrical plans. We then specify the equipment package based on the system requirements. Additionally, we will provide you with a detailed construction proposal.
The primary design fee also includes one two dimensional drawing change. Additional changes will be estimated based on drawing time. The plans belong to you as long the design fees are paid. Our hope is that through the design process you will understand not only our passion and attention to detail, but why BlueWater Pools is the most qualified builder for your project.
