Challenge yourself as a runner! First ever Run For Calgary invites all the running enthusiasts to participate. Your energy fuels the noble cause that will shape the future of Calgary.

3k Run

Come in groups, sprint alone, or make it a family goal. Especially suited for first-time runners that aim to make a difference with their 3K endeavor. We will support you all along the way and build your confidence for the 7K run for next year.

3k Fun Walk

We welcome everyone to join in and walk in support of the Mustard Seed. Mom, dad, kids, grandma, grandpa, uncle, aunt, cousins, anyone and everyone. Let’s walk together for Calgary!
